The Microsoft Photo Editor zoom tool is a
handy device for getting closer to the subject of your photo. It does not
physically change anything about your photo. Rather it allows you to pick a
section of the picture and zoom in on it.
This can be very handy if you want to get a piece of information from the photo
such as a car registration number or the name of a book someone is holding.
